USE OF AEDES AEGYPTI MOSQUITO ANIMATION VIDEO FOR DENGUE EDUCATION IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Abstract
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem in Indonesia. The disease is transmitted by the mosquitoes Aedes Aegypti and Aedes Albopictus. Prevention efforts need to be carried out from an early age, through education to early childhood. This activity aims to increase students' knowledge and awareness about dengue prevention. The methods used in this activity are observation, observation and counseling. The results of this activity showed high enthusiasm from the participants. Children are more likely to understand information through attractive visual media. With this activity, it is hoped that clean and healthy living behaviors can be applied from an early age in the home and school environment. This activity proves that educational videos that are appropriate to the target age are effective in conveying health messages in a fun and easy-to-understand way
